Cassava stick, also called Bobolo, is prepared from cassava flour produced in the villages of Somalomo, located in the heart of the Dja Reserve in Cameroon. Made according to traditional local know-how, it is the perfect accompaniment to sauces, fish, and African dishes.

This production follows an agroecological approach that respects forest ecosystems and promotes sustainable farming practices. In partnership with ACDEF Cameroon, local communities are actively involved in fighting deforestation and preserving biodiversity while supporting a responsible and community-based local economy.
